Our program was designed to help you do just that. Whether it’s our fitness classes, our enrichment programs, the healthy and delicious food we prepare, or the quiet solitude that nature provides here, it’s all designed around YOU and YOUR NEEDS.
If you’re ready to get moving, you’re in the right place. Here at the Oaks at Ojai, we are known for our accessible yet effective fitness program. We focus on achieving a balance between fun and function so that you get what you need while enjoying the process. We offer three types of classes: Cardio Classes to help strengthen your heart and lungs and burn fat; Tone & Strength Classes to build lean muscles and shape the physique; and Flexibility Classes to increase your range of motion and decrease stress. We recommend that you start by choosing one of each type of class daily as your foundation, then add classes based on your energy and your interest.

Prepared by experienced chefs, our Spa Cuisine is a sensible approach to nutrition. As an American Plan Spa, The Oaks provides a well-rounded, portion conscious food plan that consists of three meals, snacks and beverages. The varied menus are balanced, low in salt and sugar, with special attention to good fats needed to fuel an active mind and body. Our meals are inspired by an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds and lean protein featuring wild fish and poultry – all without a touch of additional salt or refined sugar used in the preparation.
