Give a Plant

Life can sometimes be devastating and you have to pick up yourself and be the sunshine to your own life and other people’s life.  There are many ways to do this and one would be to give someone a plant.

Plants and gardening are very therapeutic; sometimes they are the therapist you wanted to talk to. It would be very uplifting for people to receive a gift like this because it is a reminder that someone do care. And they also have to take care of the gift given to them.

How to do this?

You can start with buying a plant and give it to someone you know. If you feel the joy of this kindness initiative, you may also buy more or transfer plants from your garden to pots. Then, you can start putting them outside your door, office, at the park or even at the bus stop, there are so many possibilities. Thereafter, make a sign inviting people to take one to brighten up their day. You can also organize with the fellow plant lovers to meet up and share their experience on kindness.

These are some of the ideas you can start with but there is an endless possibility to make it more creative. Enjoy life inspiring others.
