Do The Right Thing...At Romano’s Macaroni Grill, we take those 4 words seriously. In order to “do the right thing” it is important to know what is considered right and wrong.

As a restaurant company, most of what we do is captured in recipe books, ordering guides, Operating Procedures Manuals, etc. However, when we talk about “behavior” at Romano’s Macaroni Grill, we are looking for the same clarity of what is right and what is wrong. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have written the Romano’s Macaroni Grill Code of Conduct. All team members of Romano’s Macaroni Grill are expected to know and follow the Code of Conduct.

If you have a question or problem, we want to know about it, and you can approach management without fear of reprisal or retaliation. We will take it seriously. We encourage two-way communications to discuss work-related problems or issues and we will strive to address your concerns. Whenever possible, start with your immediate supervisor, as many problems or misunderstandings can be resolved quickly between the two of you. However, if at any time you are not satisfied with the response you receive from your supervisor or manager, or if you prefer to talk to someone else, you should feel free to contact the HR Team or another member of management.

The Romano’s Macaroni Grill Open Door Hotline was designed to provide our employees with an anonymous and confidential way to give feedback, suggestions, concerns, or reports of misconduct. In order to provide 24/7 live coverage, we have contracted with Ethics Point to manage our hotline. Unless you choose otherwise, all information provided through this Open Door Hotline will be sent to us in a totally confidential and anonymous basis. Ethics Point will take all calls and emails and report the issues back to the Romano’s Macaroni Grill Human Resources Team. We commit to you that we will take all reports seriously and investigate accordingly.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
